No — we offer both telehealth and in-person appointments at our Oakdale, MN clinic. Telehealth is currently available in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

What labs do you run?

We go beyond basic panels. For men: total and free testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, DHT, hematocrit, PSA, insulin, lipids, thyroid markers, nutrients. For women: full hormone panel including progesterone, estrogen, testosterone, complete thyroid (TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3, antibodies), cortisol, nutrients.

How quickly will I see results?

Women's HRT: small shifts in energy and sleep in 2-3 weeks, deeper changes in mood, body composition, and cognition at 8-12 weeks. Men's TRT: energy and focus in 3-4 weeks, body composition and libido at 8-12 weeks.

What happens during the initial consultation?

Accepted Answer

A comprehensive health assessment, symptom and goal review, medical history discussion, and personalized testing plan. The consultation takes 45-60 minutes and can be done in-person or via telehealth.
