Sleep, energy, mood, metabolism — they share the same roots. We follow those roots instead of chasing each symptom on its own.
Jillian Simon, APRN, FNP-BC, was her own first patient.
Years of brain fog, fatigue, and mood changes that didn't fit a clean diagnosis. Labs her clinicians called "normal." Explanations that ranged from "stress" to "just part of aging." She knew her body was telling her something they weren't reading.
So she went back to school, got board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and trained in the specific corners of precision and functional medicine her own care had missed — hormone optimization beyond the basic panel, thyroid past TSH, reverse T3, estradiol, cortisol patterns, nutrient cofactors. Endoura Effect is what happens when the clinician has been the patient. We don't dismiss symptoms that don't match a lab summary, and we don't stop adjusting until you actually feel like yourself again.

"Endoura" is drawn from the idea of endurance and inner restoration — a reminder that true healing is both resilient and graceful.
Our mission is to provide accessible, evidence-based telehealth care that blends clinical precision with a deeply personal patient experience.
Every patient is unique. We customize treatment based on your symptoms, goals, and lifestyle—not one-size-fits-all protocols.
We combine the latest clinical research with deep understanding of what it feels like to live with hormone imbalance.
We take time to listen, understand your story, and build long-term partnerships in your care.
The people behind your care

Founder & Lead Clinician
Jillian founded Endoura Effect with one purpose: to help people feel like themselves again — energized, balanced, and in sync with their biology. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she specializes in hormone optimization, thyroid health, peptide therapy, and metabolic medicine. Her approach blends epigenetics and functional medicine with data-informed clinical systems. Jillian has built and scaled a telehealth practice serving Minnesota and Wisconsin and developed precision care models that treat beyond symptoms. She also serves as president of a nonprofit mentoring young women in leadership and confidence.

Marketing Director & Patient Care Administrator
Abbie joined the team in February 2024, bringing her passion for health, wellness, and connection to both the front desk and behind-the-scenes operations. Whether she's greeting patients with a warm welcome or crafting content to keep our community informed, Abbie thrives on making every patient feel seen, supported, and in the loop.
